The breakfast was simply amazing – a delightful assortment of fresh, delicious options that set the tone for the day. Nikki and Neil, the fantastic hosts, made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They were always available to offer recommendations and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was perfect in every way – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The entire house is impeccably kept, showcasing the care and pride that Nikki and Neil take in maintaining such a lovely place. Overall, Sunbeam Bed and Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch B&B experience. This charming gem definitely deserves a 10/10!

The flat is tucked away in the countryside, far from traffic noise. The bed was large and comfortable. The self-check-in was easy and convenient. Bed There’s a microwave and an electric oven, but no stove. The owners left us some really thoughtful gifts — a bottle of white wine, pastries, milk, yogurt, and a few beers — which we really appreciated. All in all, a great experience!

We liked EVERYTHING about this property, from the location, the facilities, the friendliest host, the welcome basket with breakfast goodies, the flowers, the fields, the cows, the river…. I could go on! We did so much during our stay, both outside exploring some beautiful landmarks, and inside, playing pool and writing poems ❤️I would highly recommend this place! Heaven ❤️

We had the best stay here. The cabin is so spacious, beds are super comfortable. Lots of little treats left which my kids loved 😍 The hot tub area with the projector screen was amazing, while in the hot tub we were able to put music on or watch a movie and it was very private. We got a really nice takeaway from sunnys which was only a 2 minute drive away (lots of other places to choose from too) Gar was so friendly and helpful, we felt so welcomed from when we arrived to when we left. Check out time was 12 which is great as you dont feel as rushed as most other places are 11am. Will definitely be back (with more ducks) 😊
