Absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, from the cheery welcome to checking out and wishing I had booked a longer stay. Very comfortable bed with amazing soft linen, glorious shower and toiletries, and as for the selection of treats! I felt totally pampered and will definitely be back! The room is large, clean, and well furnitured. The location is good, close to the bus stop. The staff are helpful, patient and responsible. They helped me with the invoice and let me stay in the lounge after check-out to complete my own business. The breakfast is simple but enough for me.

Our stay was so lovely! The room was huge and immaculately clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar area was really nice and modern and the full English breakfast this morning was freshly cooked and delicious. I would never have thought to stay there if this deal hadn’t popped up but I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

Very good location overlooking Douglas Bay. Being out of tourist season, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was complimentary, and there is a nice room with a view outside onto the bay. It was great as a solo traveler like me. If I return to the Isle of Man, I would stay again.
