Lovely quiet location in the grounds of the hosts home in the centre of Moulton village. Private parking on the drive, free wifi, beautifully decorated to a high standard, very comfy bed and pillows, and the whole accommodation was spotless. Private outdoor courtyard space just off the kitchenette. The desk space was perfect and made ample use of during my stay between meetings. Great location, Spalding town centre just a 15 minute drive away. Perfect size accommodation for 2 people. One of the best short term stays I've had for a long time - I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

We were made to feel welcome right from the off. Our room was beautiful, the whole building has a fantastic character with nooks and crannies and interesting decor - you can feel the love that has been ploughed into the place. The breakfast was impeccable, choice of cereals, pastries etc and a spot on full English.

We stayed for one night on Saturday 9th November. We were made very welcome by the lovely lady at reception. She gave us some great ideas for where to eat in Spalding. Our room was spotless, bedsheets were clean, towels were lovely and soft and the heating was on. Room was toasty warm. We had no downsides or complaints except the breakfast. The fried egg was not runny, it was as if it had been sitting on a hotplate for a good while. Other than that it was delicious xx Thank you. We will be returning xx
