Wonderful friendly staff, all very helpful. My room and ensuite were very clean. Bed and bedding superb. The location was a lot further from both the city and the airport and trains than i had anticipated. This made for expensive taxis. There was however, very easy access to buses right outside and both sides of the road. Aside from having a very busy bar and restaurant in-house, the area has ample eateries both dine in and takeout, also convenience store and supermarkets all within close walking distance.. I was very happy with my stay thank you.

The room was very modern, cute and warm. It was also very clean. The pub is also very good. The airport is close, the parking was easy and the bus stop to the centre is just outside the door. It was also very quiet. So great!! Tv was big and with a lot of channels. The staff was extremely helpful throughout.

First and foremost...the location! So close to the airport, in fact walking distance although the hotel has a reliable shuttle service.The staff were amazing! I requested a day before my actual arrival and the staff were excellent in making it all work. Loved the Double Tree cookie welcome! The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the snowy mountains, The room was cosy and warm. The bed was large and so comfy. There is a great selection of TV channels on a big screen TV. The dining room has a lot of ambience and the menu is very good. A really super experience all in all. Awesome transport selection to and from this airport.
