I’ve been very impressed and pleasantly surprised having not been to the city for many years how impressive it is now! I look forward to my next visit very much. Lovely friendly people and a great city with loads of great bars and restaurants.

Very interesting city. Plenty to see and do.

Very interesting city. Plenty to see and do. Great shopping areas and plentiful bars and restaurants. The architecture is stunning. The museum of Liverpool is a great visit. It’s over 3 storeys and is free. The 1 hour city tour on a bus is a good idea to get an overview of everything you may want to see. Importantly I felt very safe in the city.

There is so much to do, even if you are not a huge music fan. The galleries and museums are excellent. The shopping areas are a must if fashion or brands are your thing. And if you are a music fan then you must visit Liverpool, so much Music History

I have not been to Liverpool since 1988 and saw such a massive change for the better. The dock area is amazing, plenty of great museums, fantastic shopping area and, of course, various Beatles references! We had a superb weekend and will return.

Liverpool is a lovely city with lots to offer, the City Tour buses are an ideal way of getting around and visiting lots of interesting places. There are lots of places to eat and some lovely shops and shopping centres in the city. Also there are several museums covering all kinds of interesting things, not to mention the Beatles museum and the Cavern Club. Definitely a lot to do.

I love this city more than any other in the world.

I love this city more than any other in the world. People so friendly, they make this place what it is. Loads of places to go out, whether that's eating out or going to bar, club or anything else you fancy, this place has it all. Small local boozers with characters where everyone is welcome. I've seen women walking on their own past midnight,so I think it's relatively safe. I know everywhere has its problems as Liverpool has, but I can honestly say, I have been coming here for nearly fifty years and over the years I've brought my family, I've been here with mates and I've travelled alone so many times, walked the streets till early hours sometimes after falling out of some bar or other, and I have never ONCE had any problems in Liverpool, thank you Liverpool for making this city so special.

Hotel is located within walking distance to the city centre which was ideal, it was close to the arena which was the purpose of our stay. We did think the hotel decor (rooms) could do with updating and improvements in the bathrooms could be made, they felt very similar to a caravan bathroom. The view was great and the free parking that close to the centre is a huge bonus! Room size was fair, if you are looking for somewhere relatively cheap with easy access to Liverpool then this hotel is ideal!

When you arrive you'll have a chance to meet Eric who is an amazing host and greeter. His knowledge of the city and sights is second to non. He will make you feel so happy to be back in Liverpool. He is funny, such a great character who wants to help as do all of the reception, bar and restaurant staff. We loved the hotel and spend considerable time in hotels, this is the best 4 to 5 star hotel in The NW possibly England.

I only needed a cheap room for the night as I had a very early train the next morning. This hotel is ideal. It is less than 10mins walk from Lime Street, and about 2 mins from Liverpool One if you needed to be central to the city centre. It has what you need, tea and coffee, shower facilities etc. Room is comfortable and provides enough space. Wifi is free and held throughout my time there.

Stayed in a few hotels down Liverpool and this one by far is the best, great value and perfect location. Right in the city centre and only a short walk to the football stadium, very spacious rooms and easy to check in. Will definetly be going back in the future.
