Wow, my first time at Moxy, and I'm blown away! Everything was excellent, room, staff, style, location. Have been here for Louis Tomlinson, the venue is only a footstep away, great for a concert! Overall I had such an amazing time! Breakfast is well worth mentioning it: honestly I've never had a better breakfast in a hotel in the UK! Variety, taste... phantastic! Thank you so much for completing my stay in such a nice way!

Hotel was in a great location close to the BP Pulse arena. Staff were really friendly and the room had everything we needed Was nice to have breakfast included, although as the hotel was busy, there was always a line of people waiting, some people having to go up a few times to see if the buffet had been refilled.

Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC.

Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC. Great location right next to the Grand Union Canal. Staff where all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The food was excellent, and a great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant areas. The room was a little tied but comfortable and had all that you need for a short stay.

Booked another Hotel but on arrival things were not as expected and there was no professional customer service. as a result I checked on Booking.com to see if any rooms available at the Kings Arms as close by and there was, cancelled original booking and booked it and arrived 5 mins later and the Kings Arms saved the day. I was not looking for NYE party just somewhere quite to see the new year in and it was perfect.

We could not contact reception as the office closed at 5pm. We were delayed by traffic and could not reach a human contact to discuss the options and arrange late entry to the hotel. In the end we did not gain entry and had to make alternative arrangements. We had pre-paid so I guess they had our money and hard luck to us was the attitude. A terrible experience.

Lovely canalside location - close to Solihull. Rooms beautifully decorated - spacious bathroom with excellent shower - large flat screen TV. Adequate parking alongside the hotel.
