Just perfect. I have Never seen an hotel clean like Thatcher The poppy room is stunning With a king size bed,comfy linen. Amazing bathroom. Paula is very friendly . Spa and swimming pool Amazing. My only regret is to have spent only one night Very good breakfast.

Nicely appointed and comfortable, but I have to say Gillian is a superb host, lots of nice little touches...my grandkids LOVED the popcorn...and I value prompt and helpful communication, so 10/10 here too.

The hotel is really modern, nice interieur. The room blowed my mind - it was very cosy and beautiful, so much space and great facilities (e.g. little coffee machine). The beds were great. It was all really good.

There was a fair selection for breakfast and the chef kept an eye on the warm breakfast to ensure there was sufficient at all times. The cleaning staff were very quick to clear tables and wipe them down
