We had an upgrade and ended up in a lovely four poster bedded room with a super view. Thanks. Despite very cold weather outside, our room was very warm. We had food in the pub which was excellent.

I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. I loved the layout of the building. The room was cute with a lovely bathroom The staff were brilliant. I loved the grounds and also the fact that I had baby hares outside my room, brilliant.

I really enjoyed the thermal spa. Although it was an extra charge it was well worth it. I wished I had gone more than once. Staff were very accommodating. The swan in the lake across from the hotel were an added bonus.
