The House is wonderful, better than picrtures and description, we love the atmosphere, the style and all details super cute. Three bedrooms in different colour, we used only 2, big well equipped kitchen, nice garden... We also found some delicious Wales biscuits.

First class accommodation and Julie was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and it felt homely and the shower was great. The room was well appointed Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate but was offered for an additional cost. There was free parking outside the room. We would recommend it.

We had two studios and they were absolutely perfect. Claire has been a wonderful host and the studios are very well and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is equipped not only with cookingware but the fridge is stocked with milk and water, too. The place feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful old building in a fantastic location.

Beautiful old building in a fantastic location. We went to the Penderyn distillery tour (which is about a mile away). We also drove to Brecon for the day. The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly. Overall we would recommend this hotel and will be returning. However, some attention is needed to the gravel road that leads to the car park (massive holes need filling there) which does not make a good first impression. The TV in our room did not work. Ad hoc payment for drinks and food. We ended up chasing staff so we could pay, others were not paying at all. The organisation of the hotel needs a serious overhaul but the staff are lovely.

The hotel is set away from the main road and it feels rural and peaceful when approaching the hotel. We like older buildings and it definitely had character, we loved the mixture of period furniture in our room. Our room was spotlessly clean.

Very oldy worldy country hotel. Aging decor and tired but comfortable furnishings Victorian style adorns this property Exactly what you’d hope for when booking a rural and old style hotel Food was great although a very small menu.

The greatest thing about this Hotel was the staff. I stayed 2 days and nothing was ever an issue. The bar staff were fantastic as were the receptionists! Beautiful location too :) 10/10
