The location of this property was very convenient for our flight the following the afternoon. The breakfast was exceptional and there was plenty of options and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would choose this hotel again.

Fast, helpful check in with room upgrade. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Environmentally friendly (non-plastic) door keys. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout in bar, restaurant and reception. Excellent buffet breakfast and other food and drink was also good. Comfortable bar area and sense of spaciousness throughout.

Really comfortable and rooms sound proofed. We paid for the club room which included a club lounge which was good to pick up snacks. Easy check in and check out Food and drink in bar was really great plus a really good atmosphere.

Great location, about 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Amenities were excellent, cleanliness was excellent, staff very friendly and welcoming, very accommodating. Got a free welcome drink when I checked I as well. Room was great, spacious enough, clean, comfortable bed, perfect shower pressure. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice for everyone, even gluten free! Also enough time to eat even if you sleep in a bit. Bar is open until late at night and there is also a little shop downstairs. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

My room was lovely with a view over the river, it was very comfortable and adequate for my requirements however my preference is always to have a separate shower from the bath (or no bath at all) for reasons of safety and ease of access. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, you couldn't have asked for more. I so much enjoyed eating the delicious choice of foods at a table with a view! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
