Everywhere was well kept, no litter anywhere. People seemed to be very happy. The Railway Museum needs more signage ! Didcot is a handy location and relatively close to Oxford. It has a good range of shops as well as places to eat and a cinema. There are also lots of parks and some areas to walk. We visited for a two night stay for a family occasion. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with an easy walking route to the town centre and railway station or for those less mobile there are taxis available.
