James was exceptionally friendly, and he lived just around the corner. He met us quickly, and gave us nice recommendations for places to eat/have a drink. He even came around later on to help us with the hot water (which worked perfectly, by the way). I was going to put the following statement in the "What you didn't like section, but I didn't want it to adversely affect James in the process: The only thing that we didn't like was that the space is unavailable for our return trip in August for the Black Shuck Festival.

The property was well thought out in a lovely quiet location. It had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for 2 people. It was so quiet I was able to sleep during the day having done night shifts! The outside space was really nice to chill in during the day. Paul was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a place to sleep off night shifts!
