Pleasant. Would not stay again until there is a refurb and walls are soundproof due to hearing moans and groans in the room next door at 12am. Ashford Town is a complete dump it lets down Ashford. It felt really depressing just walking through it.Hardly any shops in the town. The Ashford outlet is amazing but designer shops are not what everyone wants. Lovely parks around. Bowling is good. Debbie is an excellent hostess - her breakfast spread is above par in presentation, taste and portions. She has a bubbly character and is generally very concerned with each guest's comfort during the stay and appetite at the breakfast table. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with snacks and toiletries.
