Being in an excellent location from CERN which can be reached by taking the 68 bus or it's about a 20 minute walk. Also, 66 bus is direct from Genève airport and is worth about 5CHF. Make sure you have EU adapters as at ibis you're in France and your Swiss adapters won't work. It's best to have an EU and Swiss adapter if you're travelling between the border.

Getting recognized at the reception desk a year after your last visit is a really positive experience. There is not much else to say that I didn't write before. Good location, good breakfast, the hotel is part of an all-you-can eat sushi restaurant if you'd like to indulge, so that's definitely a plus.

I booked this hotel last minute due to a scheduling problem with our Airbnb. What a beautiful surprise! The location is a bit hard to get to- you need a car, but what beautiful views of the lake…and it was a clear evening so we could see Mont Blanc as we ate a delicious dinner on the restaurant terrace. The sangria was excellent and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great place and we hope to return someday for more than one night.

Everything was great including the VERY large bathroom with real hot water. To go to the Geneva Airport early in the morning and using public transport, I went to the "Ferney, Mairie" bus station and from there, took a regular bus to the airport. Perfect!

It is a perfect location for someone who wants to live close...

It is a perfect location for someone who wants to live close to Geneva. It is very peaceful and quiet, although it's developing fast. It's my perfect location, close to the mountain tracks and ski slopes. Great pubs and delicious croissants. There is everything one may need and much cheaper than in Geneva.

The hotel is kept clean, the room are big enough, bathroom is well equipped and big, breakfast is well assorted. The restaurant inside is very good, but need to pay more attention to guests orders. Negative notes: nothing to keep dresses closed but you can hang them, a little far from bus stations (13m by walk)

The town was a bit run down and there were no restaurants really around. There was a really good supermarket near our hotel which was super handy. There was also amazing views of most of the mountains.

Saint-Genis-Pouilly is a small village just close to CERN...

Saint-Genis-Pouilly is a small village just close to CERN and and near the border with Geneva. It isn't a tourist village. If you're lucky and there is enough snow in winter, you may have a place to ski. But no one will go there for that. It's just a dormitory for people who work in Switzerland and at CERN.

Nothing. Terrible place. I strongly recommend to booking.com to remove it from the list of the booking.com. The owner of the room was cheater who earn money through cheating of clients of the booking.com. He promised that he will accept my annulation without any penalties, but he did not keep promise.

The hotel is far from anywhere and taxis to the hotel from...

The hotel is far from anywhere and taxis to the hotel from the airport round trip cost us 120€. There are no restaurants around the hotel to eat which is very bad. In the hotel, the food is minimal and expensive. There are drink machines in the lobby.

There is no reception desk. Instead there is a machine to check in. There is a risk of double entry of guests for breakfast. The machine took extra money from me for two days breakfast. Everyone also struggling at machine. Then I helped one family so that the family saved some money. But I like the staff at Kyriad hotel who provided breakfast. Especially a gentleman who was very nice and helpful.

A comfortable clean room, beds were comfy. Very good air conditioning throughout the hotel. Plenty onsite parking. Excellent Wi-fi. A delicious buffy breakfast. Tasty food served in the restaurant. We opted to sit on the pleasant terrace for our evening meal. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Breakfast not included, air conditioning not included, room was 77 degrees. Uber didn’t pick up because hotel is on Swiss French border. Taxi to Geneva airport 65euro. Hotel didn’t have airport shuttle. Lovely receptionist. Website shows restaurant but it was the ibis 1 mile away.
