Our experience was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon. Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, our room was spotless, and the bed was a perfect 10/10 – we slept like babies! The staff were warm and attentive, making my birthday trip extra special with the thoughtful surprise they left in the room. Thank you again! My overall experience at Ruck Hotel was great. The staff was very kind and they went above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The pick up at the airport was really appreciated and it made my travel very smooth. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service there. The hotel itself was about 20 minutes drive from the Old Lyon and about same from the airport. It was perfectly close to my business place.
