Always a fantastic stay at Mercure Arras - I always stay here when travelling to and from the UK. Very comfortable, quiet despite being close to the city centre, always find a space in the parking, Restaurant and all the staff are also great. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable!

Perfect for a stopover on our drive to the UK! Many thanks to the entire team for the warm welcome, beautiful room and delicious dinner. Special mention to our server at the restaurant for his very professional service! It was great to be able to park in the courtyard, check into our beautiful room and enjoy a lovely meal without having to go out of the hotel. There was also a handsome bar area. We will be back!

    A large and classic room, situated in an old house complex and a beautiful garden. The sauna with the room is so nice. The breakfast was simple but delicious: lovely fresh bread and croissants, orange juice and coffee. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the city center of Arras with about 7 minutes driving.
