The convenience location allowed me to travel around (especially to the center of Helsinki) and purchased the food/ beverage/ living goods in the supermarket. Also, they provided the 24 hours gym room which was so convenient for a sport lovers!

The style and the design of the hotel , the common kitchen and the bedroom first of all, was so fancy! The common kitchen is completely designed with SMEG tools, and everything just looks so tidy and lovely! Another great part was the wellness area and the Sauna, probably one of the best i've ever been! They provide tons of towels and Rituals products for everyone. Everything makes you feel you're in a 5 star hotel, with the mood of a hostel, with the common kitchen. Just what i wanted!! I have to mention that Heidi and her colleague went beyond my expectations: We had to catch a train at 11 pm at night but they still allowed us to use the common kitchen and the Sauna(!!!) even if we checked out in the morning, and that felt very special. Thanks to all Folks hotel staff, will definitely come back!

This place is amazing for its price. The room is very clean and it has everything you can ask for. It’s spacey, has a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the hotel itself has so many shared areas that are clean and very functional. There is a washing machine, dryer, steamer, hanging room, ironing boards, the sauna is mixed and is super clean, the gym is relatively complete, there is a cool TV/movie, gaming and work area. The staff are really nice, they let me drop my luggage before i checked in and they told me not to worry after I accidentally broke the vase. Thank you so much!! Everything was so clean, convenient and functional. Was worth the price.

Location, location, location! The hotel is just off the lobby of Pasila rail terminal, where all intercity and local trains out of Helsinki stop, so it's very convenient for travelling to/from other parts of Finland, or to airport, and locally. FAO summer visitors, it's also about 10 minute walk from Linnanmaki theme park and you can see the theme park from 'city view' rooms, which look towards Helsinki, and the sea beyond. These rooms are also great for trainspotters, it's kind of fun to observe the double deckers and other trains going back and forth. But it's very quiet - you don't hear traffic noise at all. The style of rooms is modern and we loved the window wall :D We loved the location 'at the mall' as it was fun to shop and visit the food court, and many cafes. There's also 24h Alepa store with salad bar, snacks, drinks, etc. We tend to come here on every Helsinki trip with family as it's cheaper than central Hki but the mall means there's something to do - even cinema - until late, which is great with teenagers :D There's also amazing breakfast with Finnish delicacies - try rahka (creamy berry/yoghurt mix) and Karelia rice pies with egg butter and a bit of crispy bacon on top :D And there's luggage storage if you head out to exploring on your arrival / departure day.
