My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager, Salam, and her incredible staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly set this place apart. The room was spotless, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. What really stood out to me was their willingness to go the extra mile—especially when it came to arranging ride services, ensuring I reached my destinations on time without any hassle. Excellent hotel, large room and very comfortable bed, everything is new and very clean, excellent services and restaurant with high quality international and local cuisine. Very good value for money, I absolutely recommend it. Good location, no too faraway from the airport (the hotel provides shuttle service from/to airport). If I will go back to Addis, I will definitely stay here again.

The care from Tilahun, the night manager, has been fantastic. He was super careful and took care of us in our 2 stays!!!natanael the Waiter was great as well as habtamu who cooked for us super late! Great place to be close to the airport.

Excellent hotel in Addis! Our apartment was lovely and spacious, super clean and the finishes are all very good quality. Great shower and bathroom. They really thought about everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant serves a good food and offers a good variety of food and drinks. Lovely coffee too! The 9th floor terrace is beautifully furnished and perfect for a drink or dinner and view over Bole. The staff are all exceptionally professional, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you to you all! Would definitly stay here again.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.
