The accommodation was quiet, nicely cleaned and overall welcoming. We appreciated the local restaurant which was probably the best option in the area. The free parking was definitely handy as well. The hotel has amazing charm. We also really liked the bathroom which looked like brand new. We only stayed overnight at this hotel, but it's still one we will not easily forget.

Sweet family. I left my earrings there and they were kind enough to send them back to me. Their house is more than 500 years old but they've done a great job renovating and it has an artistic feel to it. Great location. Beautiful place.

The location was breathtaking, so peaceful and quiet. The room was light, cool, and airy. The bathroom is great with the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath, which I enjoyed. It is, however, quite a drive to town for restraunts that were small over crowded and most didn't serve food until 8 or 9, which for us personally was too late . I wish the Hotel served food in the small quaint dining room as the breakfast was outstanding . The smoothies were delicious . Dinner there would have made it the perfect stay .

Room was very comfortable, well appointed and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of amenities in the room and overall top notch. Bed - very comfy, got plenty of sleep. Breakfast - a great variety of food and very friendly staff who were attentive and made a great coffee.

Silken Ciudad de Vitoria is situated SW of the city centre and old town, very close to the 'new' Cathedral. It is a comfortable walk to the city centre, which we found to be very lively. Car parking was reasonably convenient to the hotel. The hotel is vey modern, catering to both leisure and business clientele, and our room was large, modern, well appointed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Despite being a large hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Signage off of AP68 poor.

Signage off of AP68 poor. No mention of AS Altube Hotel at turn off. Dirty, uncleaned shower from previous guest. Their empty toiletry bottles had been left in the shower and were still there. AS complimentary shower gel bottles also in shower tray, which was really dirty. Cracked and dangerous tiled steps up to main entrance. Lifting up in places. Only positive for us was the proximity to Brittany Ferries Port.

we lost 2 hours of our lives trying to find a way into this hotel. just about to give up and sleep in the car when quite by accident we met Antonio who turned out the be the lovely chap on reception we followed him to the hotel entrance. once we got to the hotel it was lovely and clean and the restaurant was super too friendly staff good food a bit expense but it was a service station too. thank god for Antonio he was our hero of the day

the location convenient for bilbao ferry port. the area around the hotel was very green and dog friendly. the meal we purchased was very tasty.
