As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its rustic beauty. The building retains the traditional Spanish style, with white facades framed by carved wood, terracotta-tiled roofs, and vibrant flowers decorating the exterior. Everything about the hotel is perfect, we loved our stay here. The staff is really friendly, the appartments are spaceous and clean, the restaurant and breakfast is so good. We went with our 2 month old baby and they provided a baby bed and even a baby bath tub, great service. We will be back!

A beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful surroundings and a very nice restaurant. The staff was very friendly and although the kitchen in the restaurant was going to close (22:00), they agreed to still serve us (21:30), and we were able to have dinner.

I enjoyed literally everything, the location is perfect. This place is ideal to disconnect and stay close to nature. There are a lot of amazing hiking spots in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean with a really nice SPA and I recommend using at least one option of massage - they are amazing. The staff is professional and very friendly. It's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place. I will be back 100% ❤️ Thank you guys for the hospitality and wonderful experience 🙏🏻

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I went for a 10 day hike, I left part of my luggage with them, so no need to hassle with finding a locker in a city in the area. The hotel is close to the airport and other cities, making it a great location to venture Tenerife. Public transportation is also good from and to Buzanada.

Great experience overall - highly recommended! Few pools to please everyone needs, great rooms. Food wise plenty of choice every day for meat lovers, seafood lovers and of course for all vegans and vegetarians plenty of fruits and veggies. Coffee and tea available at all time except lunch for some reason. Plenty of milk choices. Plenty of good alcohol choice as well. The beer from the tab right beside the water tab was surprisingly really good. Area is a bit remote, however the hotel provides shuffle bus to Los Cristianos/Americanos and the Siam park and also daily events at the pool and evenings events for all ages. It has small fun zone with few arcades and 2 pool tables. Few shops outside the hotel and of course an Irish pub. Bus stop is only 5 mins away. You can rent a car, book a taxi is a day trip and all this in the reception area.
