Ideal spot to stay for more than a couple of nights, else you'll shoot yourself in the foot! :) The Dutch couple who runs this B&B went above and beyond for us, were so helpful and thoughtful and their dogs just melted my heart every time I saw them. The apartments are squeaky clean, have everything we needed and are large enough for us. There are several spots in the garden to relax or work on the laptop whilst having this beautiful view to take in. It's a calm environment where you can re-charge. Breakfast is really worth it and done with care in this fun little building.

Fabulous bed & breakfast with quality rooms, superb outside spaces, and an exceptional fresh breakfast with plenty of choices for vegetarians. Room 3 with an en-suite bathroom more than lived up to its promise with nice touches like slippers, and plenty of toiletries. The guest terraces are lovely and offer a super spot to enjoy a complimentary coffee or a drink from the honesty fridge (just drop the money in the box). The B&B also has a fully stocked bar with a bottle of wine for just 5€. There are several cheap places to eat within a five-minute walk (the Chinese cafe bar is great), and parking is super easy. Jeremy your host is very friendly and always on hand if you need anything, as is Hugo the terrier. Cantoria is an ideal location with easy access to major roads, mountain villages, and the coast.

The room was perfect (the bed a bit too soft for my taste, but that is personal). Deana had thought of everything: water, tea, etc. in the room, place to put your things, hangers for the moist towels, and so on! And what a tranquility: only the sound of pigeons, some roosters in the far distance,... The breakfast was all you wanted: eggs, ham & cheese, chorizo, serano, different types of fruits, yoghur, as much coffee as we wanted, juice, etc. Deana was extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. I didn't enjoy the pool as it was too cold (winter), but in Summer that's an extra that looks very nice too. The bathroom was very beautiful, with a shower and large bath tub.

We absolutely loved the apartment , the area everything was...

We absolutely loved the apartment , the area everything was perfect. We were greeted by a lovely lady who advised us where to go and get food, She was very friendly. the accommodation was clean and had every thing you need. The view is to die for waking up in the morning and sitting out side watching the sun com over the mountains is beautiful everything was stunning we will definitely be returning

Loved the tranquility and the 'vibe' of the place. Francisco and Pilar were wonderful hosts. The accommodation was well maintained and a comfortable home from home. We will definitely return as it's a short drive from the area we visit regularly. Would thoroughly recommend the Sendero del Picacho...a walk starting and ending in Taberno. Stunning, although perhaps avoid doing it in a heatwave like I did :)

We stayed here for a week while waiting to move into a house about 15km away. Sol de Taberno is a stunning setting with spectacular views. Apartment was traditional and spotlessly clean regular towel and bedding change. It is a really peaceful retreat and this was our second visit here. But won’t be our last. Staff are very friendly and helpful and messages are answered swiftly.

A beautiful and tranquil location, just a 5/10 minute walk to Taberno Town. With Albox and Huércal Overa just 15 minutes drive A lovely house with a pool and hot tub. The house has everything you need and fully catered for your stay. Petra and Wilbert are fantastic hosts with lots of info about the area. A must stay!!!
