The instructions to access the room were clear. The owner, Cristina, contacted me to send me the codes, and was very easy to access the hotel and the room. We also had a technical issue with the tv, but they came immediately to fix it.

The booking process was quick and easy and the price was very good. It was easy to find and it had good facilities. It was also within walking distance to shops and a petrol station for further needs. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Would use again, and recommend to friends and family. Claudia at the front desk was very hospitable and welcoming. It was a very late arrival and a very early check-out so she checked us both in and out. She helped us getting a charging station for the Tesla. Appreciate it a lot.

The hotel is beautiful. The wide halls with stone tiles and huge windows overlooking the golf fields are stunning. The feel of the hotel is very rich and grand. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very big and has a shower and a bathtub. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices, eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, fruit...

The location was fantastic to attend a conference at the University of Alcalá (Escuela Politecnica). The room was comfy. The reception was very helpful and the breakfast was at continental standard level.

The Receptionist & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was good size & a large bathroom with shower. Good amounts of hot water. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Took dinner, good choice of 3 course menu which was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. Perhaps Brits would miss their cooked breakfast. I enjoyed a large choose & great coffee. I would definitely mark this as an excellent find. Plenty of parking.
