Very welcoming and helpful staff. We got a new room on arrival upon request and had our luggage taken to the room. The room was comfy, great bed and pillows, nice shower, Rituals amenities. All very clean and spacious. Nice complete breakfast. We even got access to some Level VIP facility which was great and unexpected! The Quinta de los Molinos next to the hotel is such a beautiful park.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The best of this hotel is its staff. Always helpful and cheerful. Even though I went to Madrid to fly to China and not for vacation, I relaxed in this hotel and spent some time in Madrid. It might be a little far from downtown; however metro is very close and easy to use! It is around 20 minutes to arrive to the heart of center, no big deal! Region is also safe and quiet. Moreover, the rooms are very new and recently renovated. The bed is also very comfortable and slept very well and the bathroom is modern! Many thanks to all personnel, receptionists and restaurant, for making my stay relaxing and easier. Thank you for the stay. I will definitely live in this hotel again once I come to Madrid for vacation with friends! Regards, Louisa Brifa
