The entire staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The facilities are very thought through and well designed. We were very happy to have booked Luna Granada Centro, had good expectations that were exceeded by the staff and facilities (parking!, breakfast buffet, pool with drinks, sustainability initiative with donation, atmosphere and ritual products)

Great location to everything. Staff super helpful and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Nice to have a tea and coffee station set up on a floor for everyone to be able to access. Room cosy and great pillow selection. Nice added touch of a small bottle of red wine in room was appreciated. Cute coffee shop also available right next door.
