I am delighted by the kindness of the reception staff; I don’t remember ever experiencing such warmth and hospitality anywhere else. I was upgraded to a sweet suite. The suite had a kitchen if necessary, it had a very comfortable love seat couch for sitting . The room had a walk-in shower which I loved. Comfortable bed. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was only five minutes to the train station. I took advantage of the location by taking train day trips to Salamanca, Segovia and Avila. The street the hotel was on had many restaurants. At the end of the street was a beautiful fountain that was lit up at night. I felt safe at 2100 hrs. Good breakfast. Big safe.

The hotel is new and very clean. The position is perfect, between the AVE railway station and Plaza Mayor. You can visit the town and the nearest towns with train and going on foot. The local food is fantastic. The staff is always smiling. They are very attentive to the environment, I really appreciate the nice&kind advices to save water and energy

The location was excellent for sightseeing, and only a 20 minute walk from the train and bus stations through the lovely city park complete with peacocks, exotic water fowl and red squirrels! There is a popular churreria just around the corner open from 5.30pm and the expensive but excellent El Bar restaurant across the street. The breakfast is continental ie small, but the orange juice is very good and sometimes the food offer includes tortilla. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just on the edge of the shopping district, so relatively quiet, but convenient for everything you might want to do.
