New apartment, much space. We were with 2 people and we both had our own bathroom. Also everything was very clean. It was possible to park the car in front of the house. Owner was very kind and did give a housetour. Airconditioning did work very well. It works in the whole house.

Very clean and comfortable apartament. The building in which it is located is very quiet. Air conditioning throughout the apartament. The location is very good. 2 minutes walk to the beach and promenade with many shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you to the pretty old town. The host was very professional and helpful; he answered all our questions quickly.

Everything. From arranging an earlier Check-in than advertised to the proximity of the property to the beach and Promenade. The Apartment was perfect for our needs, with a fitted kitchen complete with plates, glasses cups, cutlery etc. The shower was awesome, with a powerful flow of water. The bed was very comfortable, and the air condition took care of the heat with ease. It was also nice to be able to view the sea and beach from the apartment. We will be returning to Calpe at some point in the future and I hope this property is available, as we would really like to stay here again.

Everything in this hotel is absolutely perfect. The building (inside and outside) is beautiful and the room is very well decorated and equipped. It feels like a luxury, historic hotel. And it still is cheaper than those massive and not so nice beach hotels in the area. Special mention for the very comfortable bed. Among the best I've ever had in a hotel. It is very well located just between the beautiful historical center and the lower part of the town / the beach. Everything is easily accessible by walking 5min. Finally, the staff is absolutely lovely, in particular the lady at reception who was extremely helpful as I was traveling with a bike and had some extra requests. I cannot wait to come back here.
