Above all, the owners and the staff were all, without exception, very very nice and helpful! Also we really loved the Location as it is very close to the Center and very nice restaurants/ bars. We got a very good value for our money, probably because of the low season. The hotel was excellent, better than in pictures and the staff was so so lovely, each of them. Breakfast is included and it's very generous. Arta is a lovely city and with a rental car we were able to explore Mallorca.

A very quaint Majorcan village.

A very quaint Majorcan village. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to go. There are several places to eat by the beach and harbour and three small grocery shops where you can get fresh bakery and all other amenities. I would recommend you hire a car if you want to visit the rest of the island.

Beautiful place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. You can even enjoy stunning sunsets from the porch. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. Even better—there were beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and even an inflatable SUP, which made beach trips truly enjoyable. Getting around the island wasn’t tedious; it takes only about an hour to reach Palma. Driving here is easy and convenient. Overall, we spent a wonderful week at this place.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Catalá. The villa was super clean and every detail was taken care of. We really appreciated that we could tap clean drinking water and did not have to fetch several liters every day. The distance to the beach and restaurants is perfect and we enjoyed the terrace, pool and especially the outdoor shower. We would definitely recommend the place and thank Christina for always being helpful :)

The location is good and quiet, but if you do not have a car and do not paddle, you will not have a usual sandy beach in the reachable distance. For us location was good, because we had a car and were able to explore different beaches of Mallorca. The villa is a beautiful piece of art which was made with love and taste.
