I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. I extend my compliments to your entire kitchen team as well. Ahmad, our housekeeper who did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and servers at for the exceptional service during my stay. Everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile (Mohammad, Wassem, Medhat, Salah, Abd al Azim, Khalil, hamouda, mahmoud, ...)

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special! First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! You made our daughter laugh every single time with your fun rides. She’s still talking about you! A special thank you as well to the kind gentleman in front of the pharmacy who sells perfumes and natural oils – your products are great and well-priced, and your friendly service made shopping a pleasure. And finally, heartfelt thanks to the doctor Dr. Beshoy Youssef who helped me when I had a lot of pain. We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special!

Beautiful hotel in a very secure private area that contains a few other Makadi hotels which you can visit and use their facilities too. We booked the Junior Suite with the Sea View and absolutely loved it. The room was really nicely decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the sea and the swimming pool was fantastic. The hotel offers a buffet style dinner or a selection of a la carte restaurants. We didn't get a chance to try the buffet, but the a la carte restaurants were really good. As vegetarians, we liked the Asian one the most. The area has a really nice long strip of the beach where you can stroll in the mornings. Also, we were really surprised how good the yoga classes were. Usually the hotels have a very basic class, but we really enjoyed the ones offered here. The air yoga is a must try, but the spaces are limited, so make sure to come early to get yours. We'd like to thank Mr. Hanna for all his help during our stay. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Definitely recommend the place to all our friends and family.

There was literally nothing negative about this property, ok the wifi was messing around but hey, who needs wifi if you are on vacation😂 On a serious note, this was one fabulous vacay, from the staff at the reception, housekeeping and management, everybody was just on point and always willing to assist. The food wow, entertainment was endless fun, waterpark, beach, kids waterpark was just all wow🫶🏾 I will be back again for sure🫶🏾

We went in offseason so it was pretty quiet and nice. Just too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities and program. But they had few programs at night and during the day.

    Everything is OK.

    Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
