Loved every single thing about this hotel… The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool was great really enjoyed it and our stay was wonderful. Full security especially the dog we loved Kalabsh .. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The entire staff from reception to the cleaners, the luggage assistants, and the rooftop team were incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling. They truly made me feel at home, like part of a family. The location is also perfect close to Zamalek, the Nile, restaurants, and cafés. I had the best experience and will definitely come back again. Seeing everyone’s smiles every morning was enough to make my day. Highly recommended!

We were well received by Mariam, took us through everything. Very warmly received. She was exceptional. Staff were all very welcoming. Food in the dining was very delicious, especially beef rib. Will definitely come again.
