Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. Not only close to the airport, but also with shuttle service, which makes everything more convenient. The hotel areas, reception, room, bar, restaurant, were very nice! I had enjoyed doing some work and relaxing in the bar area. Unfortunately did not go to the pool, gym, and other areas during this stay. Next time visiting Quito, will for sure consider this hotel as my first option, if I have a flight the very next day (at least by noon), because it helps to save a lot of time by not needing the transportation from Quito city to the airport.

Right from the shuttle pickup from the airport to the quick checkin process everything went smoothly and professionally. The staff are amazing and the rooms are fantastic. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The accomodations were very nice. They were clean and caccomodating. Additionally, we left my purse by accident, and they were kind enough to message to tell me, and said they would hold it until I returned to Quito. The honesty alone is well worth the stay.

Very clean room, decent breakfast and beautiful grounds. The male person who served the breakfast was very friendly and attentive. The Quinta is located near the centre of Tababela and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The airport is a 10 min. drive away. This was my second stay there, so I knew what to expect.

The staff was incredible. Made up desayuno at 3:45 before our flight. I forgot my AirPods and the receptionist called our taxi driver to get us to turn around to grab them. They were excellent.

    The hosts were exceedingly helpful.

    The hosts were exceedingly helpful. Fernando picked me up from the airport (about 10km from the hotel) and brought me back there as needed. I had an extra day, and not having a car, Fernando and his wife took me all the way into downtown Quito to visit a museum and to get a feel for the city. They picked me up again exactly at the set time. They also ordered pizza for me because there are not many restaurants nearby. Fernando and his wife really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a number of houses German style, a swimming pool, and a lovely winter-garden like breakfast room with a lovely view of their beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent and just the right amount!

    This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close...

    This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close and easy access to the airport. I'm not aware of any particular activities in the immediate area. It's far from the city centre. We were being picked up to head out of town the next morning, so can't comment on the hotel's proximity to any activities or sightseeing. The taxi was only $10.00 and the drive was only about 15 minutes.

    When arriving at the Quito Airport, there are only about 3 or 4 selections to stay at. The others are expensive, but this hotel is around $25-ishh a night, includes a small breakfast. Also, it includes one free airport ride. If you need a second ride to airport it is 4 minutes and $7 When you arrive in Quito Airport, you need to adjust to the altitude. The airport area hotels, especially if you arrive late at night, are a good way to start your trip and their altitude is a little below Quito city, so it is a preferred way to acclimate.

    Neighbourhood close to the airport.

    Neighbourhood close to the airport. Good for relaxing for a day after or before a long flight. It is close to the green canyon, which is nice for a walk. Many restaurants catering to tourist are there.

    Pat makes you feel right at home with his warm hospitality. This coupled with the close proximity to the airport, and included transport makes this place a great value! Grateful for the comfortable bed! Highly recommend and will return!

    Las Hortensias is a delightful place to stay in Tababela.

    Las Hortensias is a delightful place to stay in Tababela. There is a small fast food cum basic restaurant just 50 metres down the road. Also by the footbridge are two well run and more sophisticated restaurants. One is very rustic, with a wide menu and serves grilled meats like local lamb , sausages and beef which are very tasty. Views of the surrounding hills are very good and the weather mild and pleasant in early February.

    The staffs were very friendly. When I arrived at the Casa, the owner's daughter ordered dinner for me. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs and fruit, simple but enough for a morning .They also arranged a taxi from and to the airport. The location is close to the airport and very safe. The bed and quilt were very comfortable , the hotel was basic, but it had everything I needed.

    The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. The amenities at the hotel were extensive and we lacked for nothing. The location to the airport was perfect with a free shuttle service running too and from the airport every half hour. The restaurant had a great selection of food choices and the dinner buffet was fabulous....great value for money.

    As welcome gift the hotel arranged pick up from airport for free, and also for a reasonable fee the shuttle back. Hotel staff very attentive, smiley and helpful. They demonstrated some flexibility when it came to alternative breakfast arrangements as we were living very early. We really like access to drinking water, thank you.
