Room was good. It's a refurbished older building but done up very well. Breakfast was very good and a great view from the roof top dining area. The place is very secure and always attended. Quiet location on a small street with only foot traffic. Close to restaurants and cafes and the old part of Quito. Staff were exceptional in providing information and assistance. Run by younger, folk but they could teach most other hotel operators a thing or two about good customer care and service.

Highly Recommended – A Fantastic Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location is superb, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything you might need. The property itself is stunning – well-maintained, stylish, and with a truly charming atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with hot water and excellent water pressure – a small but important detail that made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The reception was inviting and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a pleasant neighborhood view. Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a lovely window seat. The bathroom was also spacious and well-equipped. Additionally, we appreciated the domotic lighting in the room. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.
