The staff was very friendly (especially the lady at the check-in). We had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony that provided panoramic views of the lake. The first minibar is included, which is very nice. The bathroom was fantastic as well, very large with a beautiful sink, and a huge plus was the amazing view of the lake from the bathtub. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was also great (an added bonus: they provided swim towels in the room, very convenient). There was nothing to complain about the breakfast; you could enjoy it while overlooking the lake, and there was plenty of variety in terms of food. We had also requested a baby crib, and they had prepared it for us along with baby products. A little lower than the hotel, you can take the bus to Überlingen. There's a good connection with two buses per hour.

The hotel is in a beautiful area and the hotel itself was perfect for me. I was stopping for only 1 night for business. I could not fault the friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was perfect with great portion sizes!
