Great facilities, comfortable and clean. Super nice host who gave us quite some tips about what to visit and where to eat. It’s a nice and natural area if you don’t want to leave in the busy city center and pay the expensive parking fee. Though it takes a bit long to drive to the city because the speed limit is 50km/h all the way to Hamburg.

Everything in this hotel just feels great! It's not cheap, I guess, but it's excellent quality - and it's actually competitive for Hamburg, on second thought. This hotel is pure comfort in every detail. Rooms are super clean, soundproof, comfy beds, comfy, functional, modern bathrooms. Excellent shower, excellent room temperature (I was there in November and in March). Wifi is excellent, breakfast is amazing (the vegan options are awesome!). I stayed for 3 nights, they welcomed me with a free drink, which is really nice and pampering, and my room was cleaned every day. No minibar, but everything you need.

It Is a few stops outside of the city center via train but in a gorgeous area with lots to see and loads of great places to eat etc. the staff are amazing, especially the main lady, maybe the owner, as reception. she was so kind. the room was really lovely, great bed and furnishing. breakfast was simple but nice.
