Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner. I hope we will return to Haris again. Thank you

We travelled in September, and it was lovely and quiet at the pool. Pool cleaned each morning, and air con worked well in the bedroom. All facilities you need, cooker toaster kettle fridge freezer and washing machine. There were books to read, and i left a few behind also. We hired a car so we went into kiti most nights for food. My partner is a plane spotter, so loved seeing all the planes fly above the apartment. The proprietor was kind enough to let us stay on, on our last day as we were not flying out til 10ish. Overall lovely experience

We enjoyed our holiday week there. Everything was very nice, the view was amazing, the staff was very helpful and smiling, the breakfast good enough, our children loved the croissants and watermelon. We reserved 2 evenings on the terrace, was wonderful, the food very tasty and the plating good looking also the soft drinks and the wine. The guy from the bar is really a professional.

    The eHotel is located in a largely holiday-home residential area in which there are few holiday-type facilities such as bars and restaurants. It has walks and cycle paths close to the beach, but a car is needed to get to the action.

    Pervolia is a quiet place with a few restaurants, cafe and a local supermarket and chemist. You don’t need a car to get to the restaurants but if you want the beach you will need a car. The 2 restaurants we like are Kokos tavern and Pyrgos the owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is also a local bus service.

    There are blue flag serviced (until the end of October) beaches at Pervolia. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is a great choice for a beach holiday. A car would be essential to enjoy and explore the Island and local area. Pervolia is a large village and quite spread out so, most amenities would be quite a walk from the villa. Also, only the main streets are lit so walking anywhere at night in the dark could be hazardous.

    Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating...

    Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating or nicer. He showed us around the large property and said we were welcome to fruit from his many on site fruit trees and daily eggs from the hen coup. We had use of the bikes, which was a real bonus to explore more the surrounding area and short trip to the sea. Pool area was second to none and a fantastic size including bbq area and many facilities and outdoor fridge. The water cooler which filters tap water making the need to buy bottled water uncessary. Every kitchen need was provided, I cl Tupperware and dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and essentail household cleaning items and loads of toilet rolls. It was a home from home and will highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again.

    This villa is not beach front as described on booking.com There is damp on both bathroom walls . Blocked drains .Problem with the drainage in all the bathrooms . You are standing in pools of water in both bathroom shower trays . The water is draining away very slowly We just happen to be in Cyprus on the coldest week of the year . Minus 2 at night . There are 3 bedrooms with hot and cold air con system . The heating part in all the bedrooms did not work . The house was clean .

    We have been to this hotel on a number of occasions over past few years stayed in rooms apartments and the villas. Always a pleasure to be here by the coast at Perivolia Close to Larnaca airport but feels very peaceful and quiet a lovely relaxing stay. Nice place for Families enjoying the pool no crowds it’s always very low key and chilled atmosphere. Comfy bed Great shower Tea and coffee in room Small fridge Very helpful freindly team and very good breakfast!

    Everything was perfect, super clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment that was really near the beach, all exactly like on the pictures, very quiet and relaxing, we also enjoyed BBQ very often, but to go out for a dinner it’s a short nice walk. We felt safe and welcomed, the hosts are super nice and solicitous. If we travel to Cyprus again, we will definitely come back here.

    It’s spacious and clean. Air conditioning is blessing especially with temperatures in Cyprus. Available grill comes in handy when you want to cook some souvlaki. There’s everything that you need when you are planning on longer stay.
