This place was absolutely wonderful! My fiancee booked a week here in one of the casitas and it was our first time in Costa Rica. It lived up to all of our expectations and we were hugely pleased with our stay. The staff was absolutely lovely and very accommodating when we thought we were going to have a late check-in. We loved the fact that it was a working farm and had some lovely walks around the property including the Cabalonga trail, spotting sloths by the pool, and having leisurely breakfasts watching the birds. The location is also nicely situated, tucked away in the jungle giving a remote feel, while also being a short drive from La Fortuna. We would absolutely go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a jungle lodge stay that doesn't feel touristy or like a resort.

It was a perfect place to experience nature. Really beautifully built. The host was super friendly. My children loved the place and never wanted to leave. The cute daughters of the host gifted small souvenirs to our daughters. It is such a beautiful place, fish, hen, birds proper experience in nature. Very special hotel in the rainforest. Take a 4x4 to get there. The last 3 km is really exciting😄. Do not miss the night tour! Perfect breakfast. Having a shower while you feel like you are in the middle of a forest.
