Very nice cabins, lots of privacy, good silent airco, great swimming pool with view of eagles and monkeys, love that there are only a small number of people on the property. Best food we ate in the area. Beautiful beach close by.

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. Far off the beaten path is this beautiful gem of a little hotel. The room has a fully equipped mini kitchen, refrigerator, induction stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, cutting board, and all utensils needed. The shower had great water pressure, the finishes were premium. The pool was fresh and brand new, they filled it the night before. I had the feeling no one had stayed in our room before, because parts of our kitchen still had barcode stickers on them. The tv was nice, had all the services. The pool is small, theres 2 for about a dozen rooms, but my partner and i spent the afternoon at one alone. The staff was nice and responds quickly to you via whatsapp. I recommend renting a car to get here, because taxi’s are expensive. This hotel is a bit far away from things, theres just one burger restaurant next door, with a minimarket. Theres more restaurants about 10 minute walk away, and a beautiful beach about 25 minutes walk away named playa avellanas. The hotel says its in tamarindo, but its about 30 minutes drive from there. This is a perfect spot to get away from it all. Oh! And the AC is perfect here.
