Great property and one of the palafito properties with the lounge and some rooms overlooking the water. Staff very helpful (and did laundry for us). Breakfast had good spread of the usual eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, cereal etc

The location is a bit of out of downtown so it is quiet and overlooks the bay. The restaurant on site for dinner is lovely with a great view. The breakfast room is beautiful and serves a great breakfast. Rooms were well appointed

Customer service was excellent. Staff were really kind. Beds were comfy and view over the water was lovely. There was an empañada stall right across the road and a restaurant next door, both of which were tasty and excellent value.

Been travelling for 1 month through Chile and this is one of the best hostel I ve been to. For sure the most clean! Sandro and Ledy are amazing, friendly and explained me how to move around Chiloé island and which are the best places to go. Everything is new and well maintened. Comfortable bed and good price. This is s lovely place to stay.The room was large and clean with excellent sleep quality.I had the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water were free of charge and always available.The location was excellent-with great views over the fjord and a pleasant walk into Plaza de Armas....Many thanks to Claudio for being friendly and welcoming....There is also a great restaurant close by....Top marks...10 out of 10.
