Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the prime location facilitated both work commitments and leisure explorations. While slightly high in price, the experience provided, in our opinion, justified the cost.

The staff really went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, so much so it felt like home by the time I left. My room was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was superb. Great location with many museums, galleries and places of interest easily walkable. Also very close to public transport should you want this.

Ideal location in an interesting tree lined street and safe neighborhood for strolling small shops and eating inside or out on patios. Staff could speak English well, were very friendly and helpful. Modern attractive finishes, decor and balcony. Spacious shower, modern bathroom. Breakfast offerings included avocado which I loved served in an attractive setting. Elevator helped with bringing suitcase up. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and welcomed here.
