We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. The hotel exceeded my expectations and was excellent in every way. The staff were great and able to help with specific requests that we had. The rooms were well equipped with quality linen and pillows. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and this was very welcome after our trip to Zermatt. We also enjoyed the access to the large and well-fitted sauna. The shuttle from the train station was on time and they delivered our luggage back to the station when we departed.

We were really happy with hotel and would visit again. Lovely cosy modern colour scheme. Great info available on the TV. Matterhorn view great and good proximity to village and all its amenities. We found the breakfast to be excellent with a wide range of hot and cold options. Happy to recommend this hotel. Very good value for location and facilities.

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    Beautiful small town. Rooms are big that can accommodate 3 big bags, toilet is big too. The apartment also equipped with kettle and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Location quite close to Randa Station about 10min walk.

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.

    With good value accommodation near Zermatt in short supply, this hotel does the job for a comfortable, value for money stay only 2 mins walk from Randa Station. It's nothing fancy but fine for a few nights. Very useful having a fridge. Breakfast was OK.
