Everything is perfect. Hotel staffs are very supportive, Hotel room is clean , spacious , lots of towels were provided . Breakfast was awesome. We didn't had adaptor for Switzerland sockets but hotel staffs provided phone chargers. View of lake from hotel is awesome. Imagine seeing sun rise view of lake when you wake up.

The location is absolutely amazing, with beautiful views from our room and the café. It was so peaceful in the evening, when most visitors had gone. And to see the lights in the valley from the top of the mountain at night, along with the moon and the stars, is truly memorable and special. The room had a cosy feel, with a lot of natural wood all around, which I really liked. The toilets and showers are communal, but the room has a sink. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. The gondola ride there and back, which is included, was memorable in itself. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The shower was great. Dinner would have been available, but, as we didn't know and had brought food, we didn't take up the offer.
