Very nice staff with some staff speaking English well, but all were polite and helpful. The huge warm indoor salt water pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the gym too. The breakfast had healthy vegan and vegetarian options. The family room we stayed in was huge with two bedrooms so we loved the space. Ample covered parking nearby was very helpful.

Location, how quaint and charming it is! We stayed for a night before boarding the GEX and the location is everything. Just a short 3 minutes walk to the station straight forward. Right in the centre of Brig main attractions too. The hotel itself and the suite we stayed are perfect for kids - very homey, comfortable, with nice toilet and strong showers. Toiletries from Molton Brown works too. They provide token for your hot and cold drinks at the breakfast area, and provide continental breakfast with eggs which is a plus before our ride.

    Not sure what to make of Mörel....not much here i was there for the 2025 Aletsch Half-Marathon, Mörel is a little dated so don't expect much perhaps you should consider other very close options like Bettermeralp

    Beautiful location within very short distance from very nice...

    Beautiful location within very short distance from very nice hiking paths and very close to the Aletsch glacier. I loved! The surroundings and scenery are breathtaking and make you feel grateful To the Universe for the opportunity to see them. We did go to Bettmeralp, which is incredible. Really worth to visit!

    It's an oldschool hotel, but very clean and comfy. Breakfast is a selection of breads, pastries and cold cuts. It's absolutely central - gondola is in the same building and train station is just on the opposite side of the street. Staff was really nice and helpful.
