The views are breathtaking; the staff tripped over to help us in any way they could; next door was a Grotto, and the pool area is AMAZING - this is a fabulous place to stay in Paradiso/Lugano. There is onsite parking suitable for larger cars. Great value for a family with a completely luxurious feel. Location was great, arrived by train to Paradiso which is a 5 min walk to the hotel. Its also a short walk to the lake, where we were at one end and could walk lakeside to Lugano to the other side.
