Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

Location is fantastic. The room was huge and views were great! Definitely worth the higher hotel rate. Breakfast was excellent and so was the quality of the dinner. Dinner was a slightly longer event but loved the food though the potato dumplings were plain and unnecessary as a side.

    This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. One of its benefits is hotels that cost less than Lucerne Hotels and offer great views of the Lake. Consider it a suburb of Lucerne.

    It's a very lovely hotel, location is perfect right in front of the lake. 10 minutes for a lovely walk from the Hergiswil train station to the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Oh and it's only 2 stations away to the Alpnachstad Pilatus station.

    The view of the room met our expectation as we could view the mountain Piltaus which we're aware our room does not have the lake view. At the same time, the breakfast was great with lots of varieties. The water/coffee corner on the 3/F was definitely a bonus. We loved the stay from the beginning to the end and would like to especially thanks to Lea who took care of our check in and booked us a nice table for dinner in the hotel's restaurant. She always carried a smile which made us felt welcomed and pleasant.

    The single room with lakeview was just awesome. relatively small, but with excellent views and a little extra hanging chair to soak it all in. The hotel is located near the lake, short walk away from the ferry stop and the train station. So ideal to visit the area and get away from the busy Luzern centre. Nice breakfast, again with possibility to eat and enjoy the view.

    Despite the rain there was still so much to enjoy at the hotel. We had the junior sweet and was so nice looking out of the opened balcony watching the rain with an incredible view. So peaceful. The pool and spa is incredible. Great for young children and the sauna area is amazing for adults. We would stay again.
