This apartment was beautiful. I travelled with my partner and her family (7 of us) and the apartment was big enough for all of us. The host was amazing, they got us muesli, milk, eggs, bread and tea and coffee so we could have breakfast for all of us for the 2 days we were there. Location is great, we hired cars and used this place as our base and during the days we visited the towns of Lucern, Interlaken and the beautiful Grindelwald. highly recommend this place.

Staff were excellent, very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and spotless. It's halfway between mountains and big cities, that's why we picked this location. It's about 40 minutes from Basel airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Titilis mountains. You need to rent a car if you choose this hotel. Thank you for all your kindness and hard work. Either Switzerland is to blame, but Ascott Hotel has the kindest people. I have been checking in outside the check-in hours, but nevertheless, I was met with a smile! In the mornings, during breakfast, personnel ask you for the coffee/tee preferences; they are extremely attentive all in all when it comes to minor requests. Much recommended!
