I felt like being welcomed by a family or a group of friends. Everyone in the hotel and restaurant seemed to have a good time and being genuinely glad to see us. Hotel is very clean and restaurant food is great.

Staff very nice and welcoming Big Room with all the facilities you need. Quiet location on the lake, in between geneva and lausanne, lots of cafes restaurants near by and less than 5min walk to the metro. Sound proof windows. Clean modern style from inside and out. Air conditioning perfect for summer.

The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

The reception staff was beyond amazing, always eager to help, understand your needs and treat them properly. What stood out was that despite the fact that we arrived very late during the night, Sami from the reception was very polite and helped us with everything we needed, which made us enjoy our vacation and have a very nice experience at the hotel. I totally recommend staying here!!

    very quite location bit far from Geneva and close to French border. Far from Geneva City Center but can get to city center by Bus and train to Nyon and then to Geneva. Instruction to pick you keys spot on. Please note Hotel / Cafe is closed Wednesdday ( the day we arrived)
