The view was magnificent, the food at breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious, the staff very polite and helpful, our room was comfortable and spacious, we really loved the roof window, we really enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend!!!

The situation of the hotel away from the hussel and bussel of the world, made the stay at the hotel special. The rooms were decorated with a good mix of old world and modern. Very chic hotel with amazing view. Great spa area. Breakfast is good, many kinds of pastry, but as for vegetables there were only tomatoes. We’re traveling with a dog and it was so nice when we enter the room and saw small treatments for our pet, as well as a special towel. Defiantly would like to come back. Great spa area.

    Great spot not far from the Italian boarder and make sure to go into Brusino Arsizio there are a couple small parks and you also have very nice swimming areas as well and small cafe and restraints. Make sure to go across to Morcote and there is a small 2 hour free parking with disc before the park house which is great if not wanting to stay longer.

    The most idyllic location imaginable. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The facilities, including free sup & bike use, were excellent. The owners showed the utmost hospitality during the absolutely divine breakfast. The best hotel I’ve stayed at, perfect in every way.

    Great location with wonderful views of the lake. Clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, comprising of cold meats, cheese, bread and cereals. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Porto Ceresio.
