The included breakfast had limited options, but aside from that, there were plenty of choices of food and groceries as well. When I read reviews beforehand, many mentioned that the staff spoke only French. While they do primarily speak French, they tried their best to communicate and were very helpful. They especially waited for us to hand over the keys. The food was expensive but worth it, and the view was truly priceless.

The breakfast was good. There could be more options but it was good, I really liked it. My daughter got sick at night, the staff helped book a taxi to the hospital which was 27kms away. There were toys in the reception so even if we couldn’t go outside, my daughter had a great time.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Broc. Rooms are well decorated and many of them have a view over the mountains and Gryuere castle. Furniture is new and fresh, the beds are comfortable. Also you have a large parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

    Although English wasn't the staff's strength, they tried to speak it and were really nice and thoughtful throughout our stay. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was really good. The bedroom was way bigger and nicer then we thought from watching the photos. Also the view from the hotel is something to behold!

    A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast of warm croissants and sliced bread with honey, jams and Nutella, along with a fresh fruit salad, orange juice and coffee with warm milk. Two thumbs way up!

    The suites are spread across three floors: the ground floor has a terrace with outdoor seating and access to the garden, the second floor also has a terrace, and the third floor has windows. The hotel was clean and we were satisfied with the facilities.

    Rooms are spacious and clean, great shower, very friendly staff, great view, tasty food, especially the seasonal crème brûlée with tonka. we liked it so much, that ça called our next hotel to stay here one more night.
