The staff was very kind and explained everything to me, even though I was not very good at English. I broke a pair of tongs while cooking, but the woman didn't blame me and told me I didn't have to pay for it. I'm really grateful.

Friendly staff! Great spa and pool area. Walking distance to all your essential stores. Easy access from the main highway. Location was great, especially since we couldn’t go to Jasper. Parking was easy, plenty of space.

We had a wonderful stay at Coast Hinton Hotel! Everything was perfect – from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was well-equipped, and very clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Really good facilities. Lovely games room with complimentary coffee/tea. Two fire pits, hot tub. Kind staff. Room was comfortable and had a fridge and basic cooking tools. Surprisingly fancy shampoo/soap in the bathroom! A very nice stay overall and good value, highly recommended!
