I liked everything at the apartment. It was a really wonderful place to stay with a very nice, friendly and helpful landlord, ms. Reni. Wonderful apartment with beautiful, elegant and functional design set-up. Lovely living room with elegant and comfortable furniture. Absolutely beautiful kitchen with all you need available and way more. Very nice bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space, night stands, TV and comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely balcony with hanged flower pots, foldable table and sitting furniture. Just a few steps away from the main street and the centre. Mountain-rever view. Grocery store near.

We had a lovely stay at Guest House Barbel. The place was clean and comfortable, they have a swimming pool which I loved so much. The hosts were kind and made us feel at home. Perfect spot for relaxing and staying. The staff is very polite, welcoming and my wife and I love the food they cooked...

The staff are absolutely marvellous and so helpful! Theodora is fluent in English and was a great help to us as we do not speak Bulgarian. The cleaning ladies, the restaurant staff, and the management who attend to the pool, are all wonderful, cheerful, and extremely hardworking people. The breakfast and other food served in the restaurant is fabulous. The setting amongst the forested mountains with the fast flowing river running alongside the hotel is superb, and everything is kept spotlessly clean and well maintained. We loved the swimming pool and made good use of it. The TV has a lot of channels so we could watch the Wimbledon tennis on it. They quickly fixed things when the end stop on the curtain rail broke and the curtain came partially off the rail. The owner's red Shelby Cobra 5 litre V8 Ford Mustang is a sight to see and hear when he fires it up!

This cosy hotel is situated in a quiet and picturesque spot near a river. Tranquility is felt in the atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food served in the restaurant delicious, loved the grilled fish. I'm absolutely satisfied with my experience and will definitely visit again
