The place itself is absolutely amazing, it's located on top of the hill overlooking a valley. Almost no one lives in the village, which itself is circa 20 houses. This old historical mansion houses a restaurant and 6 rooms. It's ideal for a romantic get-away for one night, as there is nothing else to do in the village (it's in a dead end): just eat, drink and love each other. We want to come back again. PS The food was very tasty, try byz lemonade!

It is a hidden gem, we loved it so much we stayed another day. The garden is beautiful and pool area very relaxing. The family is wonderful and very hospitable and helpful. The food is wonderful.we are certainly going back.

I have been other time at this hotel. I was not impressed then by the facilities! However, after the renovation the hotel is everything you could need. Comfortable, clean and excellent customer service as the previous time.

I could not pick a better place to stay, lovely house close to the center of the city. The restaurant absolutely lovely offering a lot of Bulgarian traditional food, staff very friendly. Air conditioner working in the room, the only one thing I was missing is a little fridge.

Excellent location, we travelled with 2 dogs so it was ideal for us to be able to walk our dogs next to the river and countryside. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. Can highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back again.

This was our second time at Mariana’s. The owner is lovely, speaks excellent english. Nice big, well equipped kitchen with washing machine! Good location and the rooms are very clean and well kept.
